Maintenance
Maintenance Process
- Customer will contact our Customer Service Department to explain the repair or service needed.
- The customer service representative will request customers to send the clothes in need of repair to the Repair Center through express delivery.
- Depending on the condition of the clothes, the Repair Center will decide whether dry cleaning is necessary to ensure the hygiene does not affect the health of the inspectors.
- The inspectors will conduct a comprehensive examination of the clothes, consider the customer's requests, and provided repair recommendations. Besides addressing the specific repair needs, they will also check for any other areas that may require maintenance and offer corresponding solutions.
- The Customer service representative will confirm the repair plan with the customer and provided feedback. Once the Repair Center is informed and receives the customer's approval, they will proceed with the necessary repairs.
- After the repairs are completed, the inspectors will conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is in order, then package and send the clothes back to the customer.
